Shipping Within Canada
Rustic Companions Workshop ships exclusively within Canada. All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. At this time, we do not offer local pickup or international shipping.

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories via Canada Post/Xpresspost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order weight, parcel dimensions, and destination. Customers will see the final shipping rate before completing payment.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
All products are handcrafted and carefully prepared for shipping.

Weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale unless damaged in transit.
To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and item.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
For lost parcels, we will contact the carrier to initiate a trace and provide assistance until the matter is resolved.
